I know both sides of the healing journey intimately. As a kid who frequently landed in the ER (I was that child!), and later as someone navigating serious health challenges, I've spent countless hours in wellness spaces as a patient.

I've also spent my life immersed in creative pursuits, understanding how art becomes both expression and healing. This dual perspective allows me to design with authentic empathy for both healers and artists – I've experienced firsthand how these spaces can transform lives when they truly reflect the practitioner's gifts and intentions.

This experience, combined with my years designing these environments in both the digital and physical space, gives me a unique perspective on how design and art can impact healing.

After my own journey through menopause (and yes, still on that journey!) and a deep dive into childhood wounds (hello, Chiron return in Aries! 😅), I've experienced firsthand how vital skilled healers are and how deep creativity can heal. I've witnessed how both healing modalities and artistic expression can transform wounds into wisdom and pain into purpose.

By helping to empower you and your business, whether you're a healer guiding others toward wholeness or an artist creating work that awakens and inspires, I'm contributing to collective healing and expression in my own small, and deeply meaningful way.

Many years ago, I encountered an angry houseless man on the street yelling obscenities. Following my heart, and to the chagrin of my friend who was with me, I called out from a safe distance "I love you!" His transformation was immediate—anger melted into softness as he replied, "I love you too." The energy of calm washed over us both and everything became quiet. This moment reminds me daily of our shared humanity and the power of authentic connection.

My grandmother Lea taught me that every guest deserves a gift, no matter how small. This wisdom shapes how I serve my clients—each interaction is an opportunity to give something meaningful. Also, life kicking me in the ass, over and over again, has humbled me deeply.

I'm both artist and tech enthusiast, right-brain dreamer and left-brain problem solver. Years of wellness interior design, fiber art, studying design tech, and podcast hosting have taught me to blend beauty with function. My role as host of Healthcare Interior Design 2.0 honed my ability to listen deeply and build authentic connections—skills I bring to every client relationship.

With recent certification in Graphic Design from CalArts and a foundation in Humanities from UCSD (BA in Liberal Arts), I bring both fresh perspective and deep understanding to each project.

I consider myself a student of life. My Liberal Arts degree in Humanities from UCSD taught me to see connections across disciplines, while my recent Graphic Design certification from CalArts adds contemporary design expertise to my decades of wellness design experience. This unique combination allows me to create thoughtful, meaningful brands for modern healers.

My fluent Spanish (with an Argentinean accent!) and extensive travels through Europe and Latin America have deeply influenced my design perspective.

This multicultural lens helps me see beyond conventional approaches, bringing fresh energy to each project. It's also taught me that healing wisdom transcends borders and language—something I love to reflect in my design work.

I believe in the wisdom of my own body and consider myself a lifelong student of active listening. Combined with therapy, mindfulness, fiber art and various healing modalities, this internal guidance system helps me navigate life's challenges.

I'm committed to my own healing journey, including reparenting my inner child and building stability as a Gen X'er who grew up with a severely mentally ill mother.

Always returning to self-compassion, daily meditation (yes, it's still challenging!) and mindfulness help me stay grounded.

I also actively create art. I can't help it. Whether I'm creating fiber art weaves or felts from ethically sourced wool, drawing in my sketchbook, or transforming ideas into digital designs, my creativity flows through multiple mediums. This constant practice of moving between traditional and digital artforms informs my graphic design work and deepens my understanding of the creative process.

When I'm gathering sticks in the woods to create magic, I'm actively retraining my brain to slow down, resisting the western impulse to rush and multitask. This creative practice informs how I understand both the healing and artistic journeys of my clients, allowing me to design with authentic empathy for both paths.

I also practice daily joy (even in the tiniest amounts!) and work/life balance, principles I bring to my design partnerships with both healers and artists.

The concept of Wabi-Sabi—finding beauty in imperfection and impermanence—deeply influences my approach to design and life. By embracing both imperfection and evolution, I create brands that feel authentically human while remaining professionally polished.

I blend this with the Japanese concept of Ikigai (finding purpose where passion meets service) and modern technology to help healers and artists thrive in today's ever increasingly fast-paced world. Just as artists and healers find meaning at the intersection of their gifts and service to others, my design work creates visual languages that honor both the imperfect journey and the refined expression.

It's about creating harmony between timeless wisdom and Earth-world needs—whether for a healer's practice or an artist's creative business.
